Kathy House has been working with the state of Arkansas as a 29 year veteran, currently with Arkansas State Police's Crimes Against Children Department. After receiving her college degree, Kathy began working for the state and has worked various positions and obtained many skills and knowledge. Kathy has worked at DHS, Arkansas Department of Corrections as a Parole Officer, and is currently working for the Arkansas State Police in the Crimes Against Children Division. Kathy has always had a wonderful family support system in her efforts to make in a difference in the state of Arkansas stating, "My life has been filled with blessings. I have the most wonderful parents in the world, they always supported and encouraged me to work hard and succeed. I am married and have two adult sons and two grandchildren, they are the loves of my life."
Q. If you could travel anywhere in the world for free, where would you go and why?
A. I would travel to the best place to eat as much chocolate as I can hold.
Q. What accomplishments are you most proud of?
A. To help even one child to get out of a bad situation and be safe is the best accomplishment I can think of.
Q. Who would play you in a movie of your life?
A. I can’t really think of anyone who would play me in a movie of my life. I will let casting decide.
Q. If you could be granted one superpower for a day, what would you choose and why?
A. I would like to be a mind reader to know who is telling the truth or a lie so all children could be safe.
Q. What TV show is your guiltiest pleasure?
A. My guiltiest TV pleasure is "Cold Justice ".
